Jay and Franco together are an amazing team, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was catered for. Since the start of planning, Jay made us feel at ease and was responsive and reliable. We had the pleasure of seeing Jay and Franco a few times throughout our planning and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them. They are themselves a lovely couple, which helps during an important journey like this one. Franco’s many years of experience during catering come in handy during our food tasting too, he provided invaluable recommendations. Our wedding day went perfectly to plan, and we were thrilled to have both Jay and Franco there with us. My wife and I are from California and it was our dream to have a destination wedding. We reached out to several places around the world and Jay was the quickest to respond. She met with us within a week via Zoom to get to know us personally and to understand the vision we had for our wedding. Jay and Franco were the best. From day 1, Jay was very responsive. I never had to follow her up on anything. She answered all our questions in order and precisely. She is always 1 step ahead on all the planning, she is honest and she knows what to do.
